All packages are shipped via USPS First Class with tracking. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing prior to shipment. USPS First Class has an estimated 2–5 day shipping time.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Since all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a design mistake on my part or if the item has arrived damaged. Only items that arrive damaged will be considered for a refund (a photo of the damage must be provided).
