Shop Policies
SHIPPING: All packages are shipped via either USPS First Class with tracking or Priority Mail with tracking. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, USPS First Class has an estimated 2–5 day shipping time and Priority has 1-3 day. (Shipping time may take longer during the Holidays)
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Since all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a design mistake on my part or if the item has arrived damaged. Only items that arrive damaged will be considered for a refund (a photo must be provided on the day of delivery).
- If a refund is agreed upon: the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund as shipping costs are non-refundable.
- When returning items: for your protection against lost packages, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service.
If a Return or Exchange is agreed upon: Customers are responsible for return shipping.
